Important notice

Contributed Talks:

• Due to a high level of interest and limited time slots, applications for contributed talks will close on 24 July.
• When submitting your abstract, please indicate clearly if you are applying for a contributed talk.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by 31 July.

 

 

Poster Presentations:

• Applications for poster presentations will remain open until 1 September, but registration may close earlier if the number of participants approaches 100, due to venue capacity limits.

 

 

Visa Information:

Participants requiring a visa to enter Croatia will receive an official invitation letter upon completing both registration and abstract submission.

We encourage you to:
• Check the visa requirements for your country as early as possible
• Contact the organizers for invitation letter

Please note that participants are responsible for applying for their own visa and covering all related expenses.
