    Registration fee

    The registration fee should preferably be paid by bank transfer. However, for participants coming from non-EU countries, it will also be possible to pay the fee on-site at the conference reception with cash.

    *Children before primary school are free of charge

    Registration fee for participants covers agency costs, conference attendance and materials, abstract book, welcome party, coffee breaks, excursion including lunch, conference dinner.

    1. REGISTRATION

    After registration and received payment, you will receive a confirmation and invoice for the payment

    2. PAYMENT

    Payment is made by bank transfer or Internet banking in accordance with the information in this form.

    3. VAT

    VAT is included in all listed prices. All legal entities from the EU are required to submit data for creating an account (name, address and VAT number).

    4. CANCELLATION OF THE PAID FEES

    The cancellation must be announced in writing and in this case the cancellation rules for individuals and/or groups apply:

    • for cancellations announced prior to 30th September 2025 – full refund is possible (minus 50,00 € of administrative charges)

    • for not attending the meeting – the registration fee paid cannot be returned

    In case of double payment, with proof of the same, the double payment will be returned to the payer.

    5. DATA PROTECTION

    The protection of collected data is carried out in accordance with the law.

    6. CANCELLATION OF THE MEETING

    If the meeting is canceled due to force majeure, insufficient number of participants or any other reason beyond the Organizer’s control, the registration fees paid will be returned to the payers, or they can be used for another meeting in agreement with the Organizer

    7. CHANGES

    The organizer reserves the right to change the program, and this change does not affect the paid registration fee.
